Senior Frontend Engineer
I am an independent creative developer from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, focused on React, TypeScript, SEO, and Frontend Architecture, using AI to explore and build better solutions.
What I do
Currently, I’m developing AKTIV+, a platform designed to support people with Parkinson’s, their families, and caregivers. I work across all areas of the project, from product and UX to frontend, backend, architecture, and AI, turning ideas and research into a real product.
LET'S WORK TOGETHERMore than 15 years in frontend. I’ve built, maintained, migrated, and improved systems. I’ve worked with legacy code, started products from scratch, led teams, succeeded, failed, worked hard, cried, and smiled. I’ve seen jQuery give way to new ways of building interfaces, React change the game, Hooks change the way we write React, and now I’m seeing AI become part of the team.
I faced major challenges and entered a completely new world, one that changed the way I build software and choose technologies. At first, architecture felt like a big puzzle. Today, I understand that what matters most is seeing the whole picture, understanding how each part connects, and putting the pieces together with purpose.
Neuroscience has been a dream of mine since I was nine years old. Years later, it became part of my education and the way I understand people and technology. Today, connecting neuroscience, software, and AI feels like bringing together ideas that have been part of my life for a long time.
My next steps are focused on expanding my technical skills. I want to go deeper into security, improve my Python skills, and continue building AKTIV+, connecting frontend, backend, AI, and neuroscience in a real product.
